Maybe I should've put this in Entertainment instead? I don't remember my dreams much, maybe only one or two a year, so I find it odd when I do. Last night's dream was really weird.

I was with some family, I think, and we were waiting on my dad in some little diner. I decided to go ahead and order something cheap, so I got an egg, sausage, and cheese bagel. No, I've never had one of these in my life, but it was good in my dream. Then, I went to pay for it and they tried charging me $19 and I was like, "Huh?? It said $2.35 in the menu." Then they pulled out a menu and they showed me where it said you had to get the buffet with it as well. At this point, I was pretty upset as something didn't seem right, but I paid it anyway. A few secs later, I noticed a different looking menu on the table to my left, I went and got it and saw what I ordered. I was very angry at this point. They cheated me. I let them and everyone else in the diner hear about it. I remember these two old ladies saying "He's been up there forever. They're trying to cheat him." talking about me as I was standing at the cash register. Then I remember yelling at some other worker there across the diner after she told me to "Shhh." Think I said, "I won't be quiet until this is fixed." Then I stepped outside for a minute. It was really hot, but it was pouring down rain. Hard rain. And it was really dark outside, but I remember it being really hot. I quickly went back inside as it was kind of uncomfortable outside. I remember she was holding on to a baby when I went back inside and she asked me to sit down and wait. Haha. That just upset me more. I made the baby cry. I felt bad about that though I told the lady to just void my credit card receipt and I'll give her $4 and we'll call it square. Then I woke up.

That was a really weird dream that I have no explanation for The few others I've had in the past had some kind of reality to them, but this seemed too surreal. I wouldn't blow up at someone like that as it's not in my nature. I just keep it all inside so as to avoid confrontation. No restaurant would cheat their customers like that, certainly not some small town diner.

james that wasnt a dream at all. you were in hell

i had a dream recently. most of my dreams are in color and this one most definitely was. it was a news broadcast and like the dream was a television screeen and the horizontal was going wonky so it was kind of staticy. the anchor lady cut to a video footage that had a superimposed arrow and text pointing to this HUGE coprse color blob in the deep just outside the shore along a pier. the text simply said 'dead body'. well around this 'dead body' is a guy who looks like hes being swept out and cant fight the tide. it pulls him to this 'dead body' and he kind of hits it and halfway goes under the part thats floating on the surface. this seems to active the blob and a huge tentacle like arm semi pops to the surface and pulls at him trying to get him under and inside. then it went super close up to this tentacle like arm and i could see the throbbing grabbing suction cup but not a suction cup thing. then i woke up really uncomfortable
