Now that I am 25 (as of 12 minutes ago), can I call my insurance company up and get my shit reduced? Or do I have to wait until I renew in like 2 months?

Call your insurance company and see if they will reduce your rate now. I change my insurance coverage all the time. If I downgrade, I get money back. If I upgrade, I make a payment online. Maybe your company will send you a small refund check if you tell them that you intend to renew with them in two months if they are able to offer you a good rate now.

Yeah, you can change coverages at any time, but usually they only evaluate your age, ticket record, etc. etc. at renewal time.
