Storage, urgent Options

I am graduating this semester and moving to other state.
I got a mail from apartment management that my lease expires on May 31st and if I dont extend my lease, I have to pay 510 + 50 monthly fee. Given I will not be here for two month and didn't want to bother move my shit load of stuff to a storage, I bargained one of the management people whether I could do summer storage for two month.

This happened 3 weeks ago and she told me she would get back to me.


So, this fucking blondy from apartment management FINALLY told me TODAY that I could get a summer storage IF I ONLY SIGN 14 month lease.

I booked my flight to Korea on 15th and got only 5 days to move my shit since I don't want to pay $1000 for two month of rent which I wouldn't be here.


I was extremely disturbed about this management's practice and reported to BBB.

Cut short to the bottom of this mess, I was wondering where I could find an information about summer storage and how much it goes. Also, tell me where is the best place to get a summer storage (customer service wise).

i used a place on 4th and frankford that was pretty cheap.

can't remember the name, but if you're going north on frankford, you take a right soon after you pass 4th, it's hidden between a car wash and little strip mall.
