Ok so I'm in the Houston area now, where we have way more options than Lubbock. I've heard about FiOS, and I know some people have discussed it on here, but I don't like that they won't let you run your own www server/mail server/etc. Are there any others out there people have heard of?

called em and they dont have it in my area anyhow
 they said they do have areas in houston though, but didnt know them off hand... basically have to give them an address to search on.
