I am trying to help my girlfriend with a problem she is having but I don't use external drives the way she does (she's using the auto-update sync features) so I can't figure out what's wrong.
She wants to see the files on the drive and possibly restore some, as well as change the settings as to what gets updated, but there is no admin tool or anything. The WD website is vague. funny that you mention the WD passport, because i was looking at it on amazon earlier today and the reviews were saying that the software for it suck ass
