so i've been running ragged lately, been a little out of energy. with me leaving my company, everyone has been taking me out to eat and i realized i can't recall the last time i had a piece of fruit. made me think of scurvy, and looked it up and saw this article and thought it was interesting.

if you don't brush your teeth 3 times a day including your gums then they have the potential to bleed...especially if you brush really hard
that is not a sign of vitamic c deficiency...if your gums are bleeding everytime you brush then you should see a dentist probably immediately about 90% of systemic diseases can be contracted through the mouth....so...brushing and listerine are a good thing. -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good.
