Well, I caved and decided to go with the Motorola Q and not a Palm Treo p.
Any suggestions for software I should get? I have Sprint service. I am going to be syncing to my Mac more than likely... Also, in one of my e-mail accounts it has a floater "Draft" message but there is no message actually in the folder. The battery never gives me problems when I'm driving from Houston to Lubbock (or vice versa), but obviously I'm not surfing a whole lot while I'm on the road. So I pretty much have it on the dock when I'm at home, during the day, and use the adapter in my bedroom at night. The web browser is pretty good, but I still mainly surf mobile-only sites (wireless.rivals.com, mobileapp.espn.go.com, mobile.washingtonpost.com) just because they load a lot quicker and are pretty straight-forward. I mean, the browser will pretty much show you everything on a "traditional" webpage (no Flash or other embedded plug-ins) but everything will be off, misplaced, etc. Also, the phone supports EV-DO, but it isn't available in Lubbock yet. |
