Every time I go and work out ... I'll do like 30-60 minutes of cardio depending on how froggy I'm feeling, and I usually jog at least 2 miles and walk another mile....
Anyways, I've been noticing that when I work up a good sweat, I develop white crystals near my eyelids, and I wear black shirts working out ... and I notice white outlines in accordance to where I sweat.... I used to never have this problem when I was younger playing sports, etc ... it's just been in the last 2 years or so.. If I'm literally sweating salt does this pretty much mean I need to change my diet, or is this a function of age? -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

ive lived in a permanent state of dehyrdation since before track and cross country. it wont kill you it only makes you stronger
