so i've been running ragged lately, been a little out of energy. with me leaving my company, everyone has been taking me out to eat and i realized i can't recall the last time i had a piece of fruit. made me think of scurvy, and looked it up and saw this article and thought it was interesting.

well depending on how much you take, sorta works. Too much C can cause your liver to funciton improperly. Too much of anything is bad, except asian women!
