have you ever had a dream that you had forgotten, but randomly remembered in the middle of the day, which made you want to give yourself a lobotomy?

i didn't remember having a dream last night and then all of the sudden at like 12:30 I remembered what I dreamt and it was severely disturbing.

I've had multiple dreams where I've died. Occasionally as the result of falling from a very high place or being shot (most of them were being shot in some type of war time event). When I die by shooting, the dream resets and I do the dream again but differently. When I die by falling, I black out for awhile, and then come to, only to briefly continue the dream.
