I doubt many other airlines will follow the Bill of Rights per se but you can bet that they won;t be leaving people on tarmacs any time soon.

Also the legacy carriers are still struggling Hartmann. Granted they are better off then a couple of years ago but some of the main ones are still trying to come out of bankruptcy
