first of all, its a school.

second of all, its a very reliviously oriented school.

something like thats tells me - not public.

so basically they can change the rules however the powers at be see fit.


if you started a private school you could dictate that 2pm to 3pm was silent meditation time and have each of the teachers walking around swatting people that fall asleep.
