Any ideas on what I should do for my birthday?

Olsney lesions are pure speculation, and that is after the theoretical 50 dose threshold. Last I saw, no proof either way. the tussin experience really varies. Some people hate it, some don't really have much to say, and then some people are completely blown away. I'm in the third category.
