well i'd assume that since suddenlink has it, it's also OTA. i don't think it was broadcast ability that was the hold up, rather just licensing and equipment. Now to just get ABC and we're all set w/the locals!
at first glance i'd guess it's 1080i, but i can't tell for sure (TV is hooked up straight to the reciever which upconverts to 1080p, so to the TV everything is '1920x1080x60Hz'. TV upstairs is just the opposite... downconverts everything to 720p, so can't tell there either
