this will, however, hurt him in the elections because of the amount of religious intolerance we still have in america. even though he has been attending the church of christ for some time.

I have to disagree with the use of that word. 20 years ago I think there was more religious tolerance of muslims than there is now.

if fact, it was kinda hip to convert to islam...Ali, half the guys in a tribe called quest...it was kind of an enlightened 'street' thing to do. like a reformed thug G or some shit...

however now...yes I think america is growing more and more intolerant of muslims. and really...can you blame us? you don't see catholics blowing themselves up in synagogues or what have you. but them...man they can be of the same religion but because of a slight difference will indesciminately kill the other.

and no other modern religion totally invades a country, then gripes about the country and how much they hate the people and culture there. look at england...that place is over-run with muslims, yet muslims openly hate the church of england.
