Bush's decisions, more than two months in the making, are already drawing criticism from new Democratic leaders in Congress who say it is time to begin ending the war, not to send in more US forces.

I think this will turn out to be interesting. I wouldn't really have any problem with a "surge" if it would result in at least a half-assed plan to leave Iraq.

Second off, I may dislike most Arabs but that does not make me a Nazi bitch.
1) I respect Jewish people and am all for preserving their history. The Holocaust was in my opinoin the most tragic event in modern history....modern being anything after 1000 AD. In fact, I would venture to say it was the most tragic period ever.

you need to read more history. try reading about some of the shit that russia has done in the past. the holocaust is a cake walk compared to a few of the things they are guilty of.

I have read history and I know what went on during the reign of Stalin; however to call the Holocaust "a cakewalk" in comparison is complete ignorance. Yes, most of the Jews were killed in gas chambers, etc, but on the other hand many died a way more gruesome death. Why dont you read a little bit of history. Trust me, Stalin was in the back of my mind when I said that the Holocaust was the most tragic modern event. Of course that can be argued. Everyone has their opinion, but you dont call the Holocaust a damn cakewalk.
