true. and in this instance it's fine...so it seems.

but then my thoughts strayed to other scenrarios...what if in a divorce hearing, the wife's attorney used her husband's google searches of "big tits" or "angelina jolie" something to defame his character that he was a reprobate and sway the judge in her favor?

what if you were held accountable for everything you've ever googled? a quick check on my recent searches brings up somewhat disturbing stuff if taken out of context. I just googled "mexico purse" because I was looking for a cheesy pic to make fun of someone...

what is the slippery slope on this?
