wtf does "working hard" have to do with shit? it's my dad's truck that does more work, so his business will run. if he bought a truck and didn't use it in his business it would last longer. like i said, the whole point of small business deductions is to promote the little guy. and shit the sales tax is what nails him worse than anything, and you want to increase that to 30%?

Ok, this is what I'm talking about. This is how you convince someone of your case.

So, the wealthy do indeed pay the most. That is very surprising and goes against common knowledge. My accounting professor told me when he was younger he did taxes for some wealthy business owners. He claimed that he, making a mere 50k a year paid more in tax than these multi millionaires. Perhaps this was an isolated case.

So do you find this system fair? Do you feel the current tax system is fair to everybody? Is it necessary to have as many different types of taxes as we do? Or do you think there could be a way where everyone just pays one tax, and that is what funds the government/military?
