I had some blood work done last week and got the results this morning. Apparently, my "bad" cholesterol is high.

What is the best way to deal with this? My doctor said to stay away from fatty foods but to be honest I am a pretty healthy eater.

I do not exercise much so would increasing that help?

because i'm moving back up to lubbock in january, so it's a change of enviroment, change of people, a hell of a lot colder (makes it harder to smoke outside) and because cigarette prices go up by $1.00 in january.

and i've never kept a new years resolution in my life, so i figured now would be a good time to start. Iunno, it seemed like enough reasons for me.
