I recently had this question come up and thought it'd be an interesting poll to post on here. I know most people would probably say they'd be the "good samaritan" and tell them, but the prospect of free items at the mistake of a checker who works for a multi-billion dollar retailer is something to think about too.

BUT it depends on if he scanned it or not. if he scanned and it didn't go through you're home free. but if he didnt scan it, the freakin alarms are gonna go off when you walk through the door and you're gonna look pretty bad, and end up having to pay for it.. --------------------  |
