I had some blood work done last week and got the results this morning. Apparently, my "bad" cholesterol is high.
What is the best way to deal with this? My doctor said to stay away from fatty foods but to be honest I am a pretty healthy eater. I do not exercise much so would increasing that help? -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |
