Is getting drunk overrated? Options

I don't see the point in getting drunk. I got drunk once and didn't think much of it... getting buzzed felt good, but getting to the point of "drunk" just kinda felt meh. I mean, you gradually lose control of your inhibitions (sometimes a good thing, admittedly) and motor functions and you often end up feeling like crap in the morning, even if you DIDN'T do something you regret.

Shit, I've tripped on acid maybe 8 times, never had an OoB experience. I've heard Ketamine makes that happen real easy, but I wouldn't know.

I don't need any research to tell me that pot makes you lazy. Everyone I know that smokes pot, which is pretty much everyone is a lazy ass. It takes them a couple of hours to do anything. They have to like sit around and think about doing something for like 20 minutes, then start doing it.

If you want to talk about someone that's lazy, look in the mirror. You're obviously too lazy to read my post. I didn't say that you should research pot making people lazy, I said you need to research all this other bullshit you spew about permanent damage (brain cells DO regenerate) and it being physically addictive. Seriously, whatever point you're trying to convey isn't getting there, you just sound like an idiot who doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about. Even the people that are against pot on here know that you're talking out your ass when you make bullshit claims like these, so just shut the fuck up or go get some supporting evidence for your ridiculous ass claims.

here's some supporting evidence for him: most of my friends became lazy as hell after getting stoned. only thing they had enough energy for was driving to Short Stop for a chili cheese burger and watching deep intellectual programming like Ren & Stimpy. i should know, i was one of those people for about a year.

i don't need some scientific study to tell me what i can see with my own two eyes. it's called common sense, which apparently you have little of (or you're in complete denial, another trait of an addict). and i don't need some scientific study to tell me marijuana carries some form of addiction and dependency. everyone i know who smokes now smokes greater amounts and more often to get the same high compared to when they started. hmm, that sounds like dependency and higher tolerance to me
