No day but today... Group: Members Posts: 773 Joined: 22-February 06 Member No.: 5 |
So I put a new cartridge in my PSC printer and now every single time I turn it on it starts to print a test page unless I hit cancel. I know there's supposed to be something where it prints and then I scan it and hit ok or something but the paperwork that came with the printer doesn't say how. Anyone have any ideas? I'm wasting half my ink and paper on test sheets!

this may sound dumb but how are you turning it on? lots of them have specific ways to turn them on to print a test page. also, turn your computer and printer both completely off, then turn on only the printer by itself and see if it does it. if not, it's probably your comp... reinstall printer drivers or something. if it does do it with the comp off, you're either triggering a test print in how you're turning it on, or maybe have a button stuck.
