1. Whats the best way to remove all of this loose skin i've been accumulating from losing weight (NOT RUNNING, DO NOT HAVE TIME OR PATIENCE)

2. All this working out is making me ravenously hungry all the fucking time, what are some decently healthy foods that will fill me up?

I'm going to make a few postulations on both topics:

1. Stretching?

2. Breads?

It depends on how much your body can process and your body weight depending on the substance. If its metabolite goes stright to the liver, then the LD50 for everyone is about the same for everyone. If its a substance that is diffuesed throughout the body, alcohol, then body weight will determine the LD50. I know there are lots of chemicals stored in body fat. Just be safe!
