1. Whats the best way to remove all of this loose skin i've been accumulating from losing weight (NOT RUNNING, DO NOT HAVE TIME OR PATIENCE)

2. All this working out is making me ravenously hungry all the fucking time, what are some decently healthy foods that will fill me up?

I'm going to make a few postulations on both topics:

1. Stretching?

2. Breads?

The two pounds a week is from that fact that fat cells also contain toxic compounds that are released into the bloodstream, and the body can only process soo much before bad reactions happen. How much are you loosing on average greg? And I don't think you were ever fat enough to have skin hanging by itself.

Yeah, its most likely fat and skin so im not too terribly worried.

I'm losing about 4 pounds a week.
