1. Whats the best way to remove all of this loose skin i've been accumulating from losing weight (NOT RUNNING, DO NOT HAVE TIME OR PATIENCE)

2. All this working out is making me ravenously hungry all the fucking time, what are some decently healthy foods that will fill me up?

I'm going to make a few postulations on both topics:

1. Stretching?

2. Breads?

Really, only time (or surgery) will tighten the loose skin. As Pebkac said, try not to lose weight so quickly, as skin usually tightens as you go if you're losing at a good rate. If course, this is coming from someone who lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks, so what do I know...
