Now while I agree with taxing someone who sold their account, or sold gold for real money, I dont get how it is even feasibly possible to tax someone for something they will never ever physically own.

Then again I might have missread the article, which if that is the case feel free to make me feel like a dumbass.

In texas, and several other states, we are taxed for playing. a few states have implemented a sales tax for the monthly subscription fee
