Friend of mine who is graduating next May from the Tech nursuing program was offered a job already in Lubbock for 25/hour.
And 20/hour is not 38K, its over 40K. Over 41K in fact. In salary jobs, you are getting paid for vacation etc, so with 52 weeks / year, 8 hour work days.... It's NOT 20*40*4*12 (4 = approximate weeks in a month, 12 = months in a year) Do it as 20*40*52 (52 = weeks in a year) -------------------- |
