Tech's entire offensive strategy needs to change in order for them to start winning some games. If anything, I think they should get rid of Leach. He spent too much time developing a shitty offense that is finally being found out.

I don't think the offense is being 'figured out' i thinks it's being poorly executed.

Any offense strategy is just a strategy. Even if you figure it out, you may have an advantage, but the players on both sides need to execute. Which Tech isn't doing. GH doesn't scan the field, which leads to staring down the recievers too much, his throws float, he gets frustrated easily. For the past few years he's basically been told by eveyone that he's going to the best QB to ever leave TTU, now's he's realizing it isn't something that's given, it's earned. He has a hard time handeling pressure, he can't scramble for shit, it's like he panics when the pocket collapses.

IMO, i think GH should have pulled himself from a drive or two in the Mizzou/CU game instad of having Leach do so.
