I think if it's not too outlandish to claim the government destroyed their own trade towers to invade Iraq which was housing alien super troopers designed to eliminate the human race, then it's not too far off to claim lance hacked his own board to force everyone to donate for an upgrade.

Actually, the conspiracy was to fake a hacking so Billy would mention it, and then I'd have an excuse to ban him.
