To start off... it's officially been 6/6/6 for 3 hours (Korean Time) and nothing fishy yet!

Man flips off train. Train strikes back.

KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) -- An 18-year-old man was struck and killed by a train as he reportedly stood on the tracks and made an obscene gesture at the train, the Kenosha Sheriff's Department said Saturday.

Andrew J. Grosenick and Keith A. Lien, 18, both of Silver Lake, were using the tracks as a short cut home around 11:30 p.m. Friday, Lien told deputies.

Authorities say they believe both men were intoxicated at the time.

A train approached and both men got off the tracks, but Grosenick walked back onto the track, Lien told investigators.

The Wisconsin Central Railroad conductor told authorities he also saw Grosenick return to the track, raise his arm and "flip off" the train.

The train struck Grosenick, who was declared dead at the scene.

Lien was not injured but was taken to a hospital for what the sheriff's department said was an "extreme state of intoxication."

The accident remained under investigation.

Restaraunt employee attacked by naked angry customer

Police were called to a business in the 6500 block of Forest Hill Boulevard about a naked, drunken man trying to enter a business and attack an employee. An employee said that the man and a woman were in the backseat of a black Oldsmobile that was driven by another man and they ordered food. The employee said the man and woman were having sex. The employee told the driver to pull to the front of the business because of a mistake in the order. The employee stepped out of the business and handed a bag to the woman. The woman then said that he touched her breast. The naked man exited the car and attacked the employee. The employee tried to run into the business, but the man followed him and punched him in the eye. The man was lying on the ground with his body half inside and half outside, causing the door of the business to be open. The man stood up, went into the business and stumbled several times as he walked toward the bathroom. The officer made contact with the man who smelled like alcohol and had slurred speech. The man was arrested.

YONKERS — A Yonkers man was in extremely critical condition after jumping nude four stories from an apartment building landing yesterday, police said.

Police said they were called to 85 Riverdale Ave. about 2:50 a.m. yesterday on a report of a disorderly man banging on doors in the halls.

Lt. Timothy Hodges, a Police Department spokesman, said that when Police Officers David Barca and Steve Jesus arrived, a building security officer told them Franswa "Francios" Simmons, 36, of 6 Schroeder St., was running around naked in the sixth-floor hall.

When the police officers got off the elevator with the security officer, they saw Simmons screaming. His clothing had been thrown throughout the hall.

Simmons went into another elevator and started throwing out debris that he had taken from an apartment he had broken into, Hodges said.

When Barca and Jesus tried to talk to Simmons, the naked man got into a "fighting stance," Hodges said.

The officers sprayed him with department-issued pepper spray, but he licked it off of his face and told the officers that it tasted like water.

He then ran into another section of the building and jumped through a closed window and fell 12 feet onto a landing at 87 Riverdale Ave.

As the officers tried to talk to him, Simmons sat on the ledge for a short time, then jumped. He landed on the sidewalk four stories down.

He severely injured both legs, police said. Police and Empress Ambulance treated him, and he was taken to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. He remained unconscious and in a coma as of late yesterday, police said.

Hodges said there was no indication why Simmons jumped out the window and off the roof.

Simmons is being charged with burglary, a felony, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Both police officers were treated at a hospital for exposure to pepper spray and later released.
