Commencement questions Options

So they announced the times for the different schools to graduate. On the mass comm site, it's only scheduled on the calendar from 9am - 10am but something tells me it lasts a lot longer than that. Anyone here that already graduated remember how long your commencement took? There are four colleges graduating at my time, so I really doubt each college only takes 15 minutes to name all their students...

Also, does anyone know if restaurants take reservations for lunch/dinner on graduation day? We have about a group of 15 so I'd like to make reservations as opposed to having to wait for them to find a big enough table but I know that not many places take Valentine's reservations so I wanna make sure.

do you (eventually) want an engagement ring? i know you weren't one of the people a while back arguing that it should be $10k, but i doubt most women end up with $500 rings.


and my view is the same as KC. i'm proud as hell of getting myself (for the most part) through this place. and i was involved in a lot of crap with my college, so it's just something to remember it by. it's a great networking tool, too, especially in the industry where i'll be working.


and i want to punch somebody in the face and leave the double-t impression





KC, the men's 18karat is almost $900. that's why i went cheap and got the 10 with diamonds. this is just the "officially licensed" tech ring. you can get other styles that are still tech college rings.

yeah i want an engagement ring. as long as it looks nice and lasts a while, i dont care the price. I hate big rocks so something simple and cheap is fine.


i wasnt saying anything bad. i was honestly curious about why. she gave a very good answer. it wasnt WELL MOMMY AND DADDY SAID I COULD GET ONE AND ITS LIKE SUPER EXPENSIVE. so yeah, great job KC on your hard work and your accomplishments. Get your ring, girl!
