i don't want a central repository, which is why i like gnutella
all bittorrent does is break apart files and send them to you from many different sources, and it doesn't even use it's own protocol for file transfer, it uses ftp or http i could make a webpage with a huge list of shit and people can click the hyperlinks to download the stuff, that's basically what bittorrent is except it sends you the file chunks from different sources bittorrent is way over rated |
