Maybe he just worked out too hard and the pills had an adverse effect. Apparently he's at home now, which doesn't make any sense either... They usually don't send you home after you try to kill yourself.

Hey, I often dump pills out and keep the empty bottle. Those bottles make great containers for dank nuggets.

My theory is this:

TO got home from a long day of looking at new handmade custom Bentleys. He took a shvitz in his steam room, followed by a swim in his 240,000 sq foot swimming pool, followed by a nice nap on his imported hand-stitched silk sheets. Lito Sheppard and Sheldon Brown, terrified of having to cover TO in a few weeks, snuck into his mansion and laced a few pills with PCP and some liquid blotter. TO took a few pills and went NIGGACRAZAY. He then found himself in the hospital, saying he intended to harm himself, that he forgot his pen, and god damn shit the bed again.

Then of course Sheppard and Brown doctored the documents.

It's science.
