i wanna get a 360, but i'm thinking about just getting the core system. I won't be playing online or anything and I won't save music and shit on it. I just wanna play the occasional game. So I'm wondering if getting a core system and a memory card would be worth it or a waste.

and i know the HD is $100 or so.... if i wanted to install a HD months from now, is it pretty easy? like plug-n-play stuff?

i wanna kill zombies too crying.gif

Honestly, if you don't have an HD-capable TV getting an Xbox 360 or any of the next-gen consoles is a complete waste of money ...

There is no point in buying a console whose games are all designed around Hi-Def and your TV isn't ...

I tried my 360 out on my tv in "TV" mode and "HDTV" mode to compare, and the "TV" mode looked absolutley horrible on it.

The whole point of the new consoles is gaming at high resolutions, so you're really wasting your money on them without a TV to play them on.

I would suggest getting the TV first then getting the 360 ... Oh and also, yeah, it's worth it for the Delux system....I dont know how anyone lived without wireless controllers before laugh.gif
