What sort of exercises would work best in a non-olympic-sized swimming pool? Like, the sort of swimming pool you'd typically find in an apartment complex, perse, supposing, as a hypothetical, doncha know?

try doing "laps" where you only use your arms, or only use your legs to get you across. we used to do this in my lifeguarding class and even though the length of your pool isnt as long, itll still make for a really good workout, especially if you do several lengths without stopping.

this exercise is about power, not technique, so dont worry about proper form. just focus on keeping above water the whole time.
