What sort of exercises would work best in a non-olympic-sized swimming pool? Like, the sort of swimming pool you'd typically find in an apartment complex, perse, supposing, as a hypothetical, doncha know?

hmm you could do that.

other than treading water, or buying a motorized wave maker, there's not a lot to do in a public pool that isn't long enough to do laps.
