and the point is that in america you can be sentanced to death as a child for your crime. whether you are killed at 16 or 18 makes no difference its still a sentance for a crime commited as a young adolescent while modern science claims you are still developing capital punishment for the mentally ill was banned in 1986 but again for the same reasons as mental disability the diagnosis is sketchy and depends highly on if the state is thirsting for blood -------------------- Little monkeys making money
