I have noticed the last few days that I have a constant pain right at the top of right thigh where the leg meets the pelvis. I have had it off and on before but it's starting to get annoying.

It wraps around to my lower back and my lower right abdomen. It's just a deep pain that's hard to explain.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Maybe a sciatic nerve pinch. Does it ever run all the way down the back of your leg? I had those pains for a long time and finally went in to get it checked out, turns out it was a bulging L5-S1 disc and ended up having surgery to get it fixed (most of it sucked out and drilled out some room for the nerve).
