I have noticed the last few days that I have a constant pain right at the top of right thigh where the leg meets the pelvis. I have had it off and on before but it's starting to get annoying.
It wraps around to my lower back and my lower right abdomen. It's just a deep pain that's hard to explain. Anyone have any idea what this could be? -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |

when i was running a lot more i had strained my hamstrings and they were so tight that it, unknowingly to me, made my running gate irregular thus put more strain on my back muscles. over time it developed into a strain/pinched nerves and from there got really painful. just because it may be a running injury doesnt mean it couldnt affect other seemingly random muscles.
if its bad enough go to the doctor and they will prescribe a muscle relaxant. to me it just sounds like a muscle pain/nerve deal. if it was a skeletal issue you would most definitely feel and notice it more. -------------------- Little monkeys making money
