See, I find it strange that it's difficult to find any decisive, agreed-upon standard for facts about daily water intake. Some of said 15 8oz glasses a day, others 8 8oz glasses, some others just say drink enough to replace the water you lost (your body acting as the signaler).
Also, what the hell counts towards water intake? Water obviously, but what about teas, like black teas, green teas, herbal teas, et cetera. What about coffee and sodas? Hell, what about foods? They've got a bit of water in them =o TOGETHER WE WILL MAKE IT THROUGH Timbo --------------------  |
