kroger sucks, never shop there Options

I went to a Kroger store here in a Dallas suburb to pick up a few items I was running low on. I expected to be in and out in less than 10 minutes; however, that's not what happened.

As I pushed my cart up to the front to checkout I noticed that there were only self-checkout machines. I figured no problem... I'll just check myself out and be on my way. I scanned some lima beans, broccoli, and peas and put them in a sack. Then I put my sack in my cart. The machine kept complaining and telling me to put my vegetables back in the sack even though I already sacked them and put them in my cart.

The same thing continued to happen with my eggs, chicken breasts, and water. I would sack my items how I liked, but the machine quit working whenever I put the sack in the cart.

After having to get help several times from an employee who came over and unsacked my goods and put them back on the scale I was fed up and asked for a manager.

I told the manager that it shouldn't be this hard to check out items and that I'm taking my business to Albertson's. I left Kroger and went to Albertson's.

I've used self-checkout machines before at Walmart and other grocery stores and never had this problem before.

I will never shop at a Kroger again.

it's the same thing at all of them. some are just shitty machines.
