So I've gotten into the habit of eating both a starchy and fibrous carbohydrate with each meal.

On the Internet you can rarely find a list of starchy/fibrous vegetables and when you do the lists usually conflict.

Are carrots, peas, and squash starchy or fibrous? Those are my three main questions.

If anyone has a reliable list of starchy and fibrous vegetables that would also help.

brocoli & green beans rule

now... just to eat those instead of fried food

edit: also food that you can still see in your shit is good. ie corn, beans, etc

because it means you have to fish it out and make sure its fully eaten.
