3 bedroom, 2 baths, large kitchen, hardwood floors, new carpets in bedrooms, and fully furnished except for bedroom.
located 2 blocks from Tech Campus in South Overton district. quiet/nice/friendly/family neighborhood. biking, walking distance from campus and theres a tech bus that stops in south overton i think just up the street. looking for a late summer/august move in $285 rent and bills run about $100 a month per person. cable television, central heat/ac and the house is set up for wireless internet -------------------- Little monkeys making money

Yeah the rear apartment is up for grabs - big kitchen, big living space, decent closet, skylight, and a hallway-bathroom. $325/month + bills. Also it comes with its own front porch.
