So I've gotten into the habit of eating both a starchy and fibrous carbohydrate with each meal.

On the Internet you can rarely find a list of starchy/fibrous vegetables and when you do the lists usually conflict.

Are carrots, peas, and squash starchy or fibrous? Those are my three main questions.

If anyone has a reliable list of starchy and fibrous vegetables that would also help.

haha, peas are starchy i think now

the rule i had heard was that green veggies were normally full of fiber and that most things grown under the ground were full of carbohydrates

Fiber is a carb.
