Summary: A law firm filed a class action law suit against Apple because of the defects in it's Ipod Nano player. The firm listed Jason Tomczak as the lead plaintiff, but Jason never asked about nor wanted their services.
Now the law firm is suing Jason Tomczak! Interesting twist in the Ipod Nano lawsuit. http://jasontomczak.com/ |

umm...wasn't he going after the law firm to clear his name...not the law firm going after him?
from what i got, he hired a lawyer(s) to try to clear his name and then in turn, David P. Meyer & Associates and Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro hired defense lawyers for themselves... -------------------- |
