So, a scientific study has proven that smoking Marijuana doesn't cause cancer unlike smoking tobacco. Of course it doesn't because weed is a natural product and most people smoke it without any chemical additives. Tobacco companies put loads of man-made unnatural chemicals into cigarettes and that's what causes the cancer from cigarettes.

there are natural cigarettes you can buy, they'll still give you cancer.
just because something's natural doesn't mean you won't get cancer. sunlight's pretty damn natural, and melanoma is pretty damn bad. -------------------- WAIT. I'm not finished.
