Alright, I was wondering what you all thought about this...
I have been to parties where they charge the guys $5 for a cup for the keg. Well, I am having a party for my birthday next week and I was going to get a keg, make some BBQ, and just have a good time. However, I cannot afford to feed and provide beer for 100+ people (and yes y'all are invited), so is it ok for me to charge $5-6 in general for food and beer? -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |

Its pretty damn hard to not get screwed when it comes to hosting parties. If you are going to have that many people, you'll probably want 3 kegs or so I'd imagine ?
If you tell people you have 2 or 3 kegs on site, and they see them, they are generally more likely to pay. You will also have lots of people who conveniently forget to bring cash. I think you have every right to request 5 bucks or so. Shit, beer ANd some food ? That's a good deal. Not everybody else will see it like this though. -------------------- QUOTE (Lance) now we have some dude from argentina wondering how to fuck dogmeat |
