my metabolism is already shot. i MAY eat once a day, sometimes i will catch up and eat twice a day every 3-4 days. but i'm a huge guy. it's not so much the food i eat, its the lack of activity in my everyday life. a decent cardio and light ligting workout would do wonders for me.
