Remember a long time ago I was posting about an ammonia smell in my apartment?

I found out the person directly behind me is cooking up some sort of freakish oriental dish every now and then and stinks the whole place up. I don't know if they're using ammonia in their food or what.

I asked the apartment complex to ask them to quit cooking but they won't do it. I can call and complain of noise violations but not smell violations?

Anyways, what should I do? Kindly ask them to stop? If I do that and they don't quit then what should I do next? Mail them death threats with newspaper letters glued on some paper? Find out where they work and spread rumors at work to get them fired? Hire a bully to beat the snot out of their kids at school and give the kids a swirly? Slash their tires on their car in the parking lot?

the apartment seriously asked them to stop cooking? thats ridiculous.

get over it. theyre cooking, not killing, raping or dealing drugs.

get an air freshener. ask them nicely to open the windows or maybe get a fan to help keep the air circulating. see if the apartment can do anything about the air vents so it doesnt come into your space.
